Location 01

City sanctuary

Aspenwood

Aspenwood is our city-based sanctuary in the north of Toronto, and where most journey sessions take place. It is a private house with woodland, water and garden around it, rather than a clinical suite.

Country sanctuary

The Cabin

The Cabin is our country sanctuary, set well outside the city in the Grey Highlands, for patients who want more distance and more quiet as part of their treatment setting.

All of our locations are in Ontario. We are not yet available outside Ontario, but we are actively working on ways to bring this to people wherever they are, whether that means a visit to see us, or a referral to a trusted clinic closer to home. Ask us for more.
