Who this is for

Experienced, regulated clinicians already practising psychotherapy.

Designed for mental health clinicians already practising psychotherapy. The curriculum centres on clinical preparation, assessment measures, the structure of in session psychotherapy, integration and aftercare within coordinated medical and psychological care.

Prescribing remains with qualified medical prescribers. This training addresses the psychotherapy, not the prescribing.

Admission is by application plus licence verification.

How the weekend works

Taught, observed and rehearsed.

Live didactic teaching is balanced with case deconstruction and structured experiential role play. Participants practise in groups of three, as therapist, as patient and as observer, supported by experienced BTT KAP graduates and lead mentors.

The cohort is deliberately small, so everyone practises rather than watches.

From a clinician who attended
"Dr. DeCunha's 3 day KAP intensive was effective and inspiring. I value the humility of the process, transparency, and tracking of process and outcomes. That seems to me a great way to build in learning and refinement based on outcomes data. I am eager to learn more, apply this approach and witness results."
